At MSBI we are committed to God and His word: We are committed to remaining loyal to his word.  We believe that the scriptures are divinely inspired of God.  "All scripture is given by the inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instructions in righteousness: that the man of God might be complete, throughly furnished unto all good works" (II Timothy 3:16-17). We are committed to teach only the scriptures.  We seek to be balanced and to avoid unnecessary extremes.  Our commitment is to get the word of God into the hearts and minds of people.

At MSBI we are committed to our student body: Under God's direction we treat each other as equals and, therefore, with respect and dignity.  We have had a strong, loving fellowship at our school.  We will continue to love one another and be concerned about the whole person, heart, body, soul, and mind-  John 13:34-35.

At MSBI we are committed to the Jesus style of leadership: In following His lead and His example we seek to be nothing more than servants-  Matthew 20:25-28.

We believe that by becoming better servants we will, at the same time, become better leaders.  We believe that the success of carrying out our mission depends on it.

At MSBI we are committed to our mission: Again, our focus is on sharing God's dream of redeeming a fallen world.  We have been rescued by Christ through His death on the cross.  Therefore, the recued have become the rescuers.  That's our business and that's our mission.
